HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by items.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team here.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


REFUND GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for:

  • Damaged or defective items (photo required).

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your name and order number.
  • Our team will follow up for clear photo of the product and a description of the issue. (Photo must be taken in the exact conditions it was received).

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit—no need to send the product back!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Giftspire Creations has the right to decline refunds for claims made after the 30-Day Guarantee period.

 

Cancellations:

      • Orders can be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase. Please note that custom items like apparel, mugs, and ornaments are non-cancelable and non-modifiable once the order is placed.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are sold as-is and are final sale. These items may not include original packaging, and we cannot guarantee their condition.


Warranties

Our refund and replacement policy covers issues reported within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with concerns reported beyond this timeframe.


International Shipping

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item’s base price. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as they vary by country.
