      • Your name and order number.
      • A brief description of the issue. 

        • After submitting the form, our team may request a photo of the item.

        • Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or store credit promptly. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

        • No need to send the product back—we keep things hassle-free!

  2. Cancellations:

    • Orders can be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase. Please note that custom items like apparel, mugs, and ornaments are non-cancelable and non-modifiable once the order is placed.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are sold as-is and are final sale. These items may not include original packaging, and we cannot guarantee their condition.

Warranties

Our refund and replacement policy covers issues reported within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with concerns reported beyond this timeframe.

International Shipping

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item’s base price. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as they vary by country.
